Composition and pharmacological properties.

"ANANDIN® 10% solution for injection" as an active substance contains glucaminopropylcarbacridone – 100 mg/ml.

Glucaminopropylcarbacridone (ANANDINE®) is a low molecular weight cytokine inducer, stimulates the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines and endogenous interferon, which at the intracellular level suppresses the reproduction of viruses, preventing the development of infectious processes. It has an anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effect, increasing the functional activity of T-lymphocytes and macrophages, activates phagocytosis, which is primarily necessary for the treatment of viral and bacterial infections and complications after diseases due to increased immune protection.

With intramuscular administration of the drug glucaminopropylcarbacridone actively penetrates from the injection site into the systemic bloodstream, spreading throughout the body.

The maximum concentration of glucaminopropylcarbacridone in the blood of cattle and pigs is noted after 30 minutes, in the blood of dogs – after 1 hour. The compound is completely excreted unchanged in the urine, its accumulation does not occur in the animal's body, and even after repeated injections a day later, glucaminopropylcarbacridone is not detected in the blood and urine.

"ANANDIN® 10% solution for injection", according to the degree of exposure to the body, refers to moderately dangerous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007). In the recommended doses, the drug does not have a locally irritating and allergenic effect.
