Chemical composition and pharmacological properties
The fungicidal agent SMOK® fungi has a wide spectrum of antifungal action against fungi, including Aspergillus spp., Microsporum spp., Trichophyton spp.
The mechanism of action of enilconazole consists in selective inhibition of ergosterol biosynthesis, which leads to a change in the permeability of the cell wall of microorganisms with their subsequent death.
SMOK® fungi are used for antifungal disinfection of premises, vehicles, feedstocks, granaries, bedding, incubators, fashion cabinets, feeders, cages, nests, drinkers, utilities in poultry and livestock facilities, rabbit farms, stables and other veterinary surveillance facilities seeded with fungi, including Aspergillus spp., Trichophyton verrucosum, T. ytes mentagroph, T. equinum, microsporum dogs, M. gypseum.
Dosage and administration
Before disinfection, it is necessary to carry out a thorough mechanical cleaning of the room, hermetically isolate the room, turn off (or block) ventilation.
The treatment is carried out in the absence of animals and birds at a room temperature of at least 15 ° C.
When processing, the estimated number of smoke generators should be placed on the refractory surface, open the lid and light the fuse. The person should leave the premises as soon as possible . Depending on the packaging, one smoke generator is designed for 25, 50, 100 and 500 m3 of room volume. The exposure varies depending on the surface profile (smooth and rough) from 4 to 12 hours.
If there is a possibility of re-infection with a fungal infection, additional treatments are carried out at intervals of 2-3 days until the threat of contamination is removed.
To enhance the fungicidal effect, it is advisable to combine SMOK® fungi with liquid fungicides for indoor treatment.
SMOK® fungi can be combined with other disinfectants for simultaneous or alternate antimicrobial and antifungal treatment.
After the expiration of the established treatment exposure, the feeders are washed with water. From other surfaces, flushing of the remaining funds is not required. Animals and birds are introduced into the premises after ventilation in 30 minutes.
