Chemical composition and pharmacological properties
The drug contains enrofloxacin - 50 mg/ml and colistin sulfate - 500,000 IU/ml as active ingredients. Combination of enrofloxacin and colistin sulfate has synergistic effect providing broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.
Enrofloxacin (a fluroquinolone compound) is active against Escherichia coli, Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium perfringens, Bordetella spp., Campylobacter spp., Corynebacteriumpyogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Mycoplasma spp.
Colistin sulfate (a polypeptide antibiotic) is active against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp., Salmonella spp., Proteus spp.
The drug well and rapidly absorbs in injection site penetrating within most of organs and tissues. Peak serum concentrations of enrofloxacin and colistin sulfate are obtained in 1-2 hours and 1 hour, respectively.
Indications
Use to treat calves and piglets with colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, respiratory and other diseases caused by microorganisms susceptible to enrofloxacin and colistin; to treat atrophic rhinitis, enzootic pneumonia and mastitis-metritis-agalactia syndrome in adult pigs.
Contraindications
Do not use in milking animals, newborn calves and piglets, animals with renal and hepatic diseases, as well as in combination with levomycetin, macrolide and tetracycline antibiotics, theophyllin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Dosage and administration
Subcutaneous (calves) or intramuscular administration (pigs) in dose of 0.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight once a day within 3-5 days or 1-2 days (sows with mastitis-metritis-agalactia syndrome).
Adverse events
In case of adverse events, stop drug administration.
Waiting period
Farm animals are allowed to be slaughtered for meat not earlier than 21 days after the last drug administration. Meat of compulsorily slaughtered animals received before stated period termination can be used to feed animals or reworked to tankage.

Store in original package at 5-25°С. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals.
