Chemical composition and pharmacological properties
The drug contains 200 mg/ml of doxicycline hyclate as an active ingredient. Doxicycline hyclate (a tetracycline antibiotic) is active against Escherichia coli., Yersinia enterocolitica, Bordettela pertussis, Shigella spp., Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, Leptospira spp., Clostridium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Fusobacterium necroforum, Actinobacillus spp., Rickettsiae spp., Chlamidia spp., and Mycoplasma spp.
Indications
Use in pigs, cattle and small ruminants with colibacillosis, salmonellosis, staphylococcosis, pneumonia, Glasser's disease, swine enzootic pneumonia, swine erysipelas, pasteurellosis, foot rot, keratoconjunctivitis, wound infections, arthritis, umbilical sepsis, abscesses, chlamydiosis and other bacterial and mycoplasmal infections.
Contraindications
Do not use in pregnant and lactating females, as well as in animals with frank functional hepatic/renal impairment. It is not allowed to use in combination with penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics and calcium supplements.
Administration
Single intramuscular administration in following doses: cattle and small ruminants - 1.0 ml per 10 kg of body weight; pigs - 0.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight.
Adverse events
A naturally disappearing oedema may be rarely observed in injection site. Overdose symptoms: feed refusal, diarrhea, vomiting and motor dysfunction. In this case stop drug administration and use symptomatic drugs.
Waiting period
Farm animals are allowed to be slaughtered for meat not earlier than 21 days after the last drug administration. Meat of compulsorily slaughtered animals received before stated period termination can be used to feed fur animals.
Storage
Store in closed original package. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at 5-25°С.

The drug is manufactured in 50 and 100 ml bottles.
