Anandin Ear Drops
Composition and pharmacological properties.
Ear drops Anandin (Guttae auricularis Anandini) in 1 ml contain glucaminopropylcarbacridone (anandin) — 20 mg and gramicidin C-0.05 ml. Anandin ear drops belong to the pharmacotherapeutic group – antibacterial agents in combinations.
The active components included in the preparation provide its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect in the lesion.
Gramicidin is an antibiotic for topical use, has a bacteriostatic effect, is active against streptococci, staphylococci, pathogens of anaerobic infections and a number of other, mainly Gram-positive, microorganisms. The antibiotic is slightly absorbed by the mucous membranes, which provides a local antimicrobial effect of the drug.
Glucaminopropylcarbacridone (Anandine) – belongs to the group of synthetic low-molecular cytokine inducers, stimulates the production of endogenous interferon, has immunomodulatory, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory activity, helps to reduce inflammatory processes, heal damaged tissues, reduces itching. Anti-inflammatory activity is provided by increasing the functional activity of neutrophils, activating phagocytosis.
