The legal department of AVZ company took the first place in the category "Chemistry and Pharmaceuticals" in the framework of the annual professional award "Best Legal Departments".
The award of the magazine "Corporate Lawyer" has been held for 14 years in a row. The purpose of the award is public recognition of the professional success of corporate lawyers, dissemination of best practices in the organization of legal services and legal risk management.
The performance of corporate lawyers was evaluated by an expert council consisting of experts from leading international and national law firms, winners of last year's award and representatives of government agencies. The experts evaluated the nominees according to 10 criteria, based on a specially developed methodology, in order to observe the most open, objective, systematic approach to the analysis of the activities of the legal departments of various companies.
